Acceptance of terms

If you hire us, we put the engagement in writing before work starts, including what you own in the finished work and how we handle your data. That written agreement controls the work. If it and these terms ever disagree, it wins.
Description of services
TalkTech LLC is a technology consultancy operated by Scott Spirek and based in Indiana. We design, build, and connect business technology: websites and online stores, custom databases, software integrations and automations, chat agents and AI consulting, and business phone systems. Each engagement's scope and pricing are agreed separately in writing.
You can reach us through the contact form on this site, by email, or by booking a call with the booking button on any page. Booking runs on Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service, and Cal.com's own terms apply inside that booking window.
How we work
We use AI tools to help design, write, and build. A person at TalkTech directs that work, reviews it, tests it, and answers for what ships.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you check the text-message opt-in box on our contact form, these terms apply to those messages.
- You opt in by checking the box yourself. It is never pre-checked.
- You agree to receive recurring text messages from TalkTech about responses to your inquiry and service updates.
- These are not marketing or promotional messages.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If you call our business line and we do not answer, our system may send one informational text to the number you called from, telling you we missed the call and how to reach us. It contains no offers. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Acceptable use
You agree to use the site and our services only for lawful purposes. Do not use them to break the law, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with how the site works for anyone else.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and materials on this site belong to TalkTech LLC, unless noted otherwise. Please do not copy or reuse them without our permission.
Ownership of work we build for you is set in the written agreement for your engagement, not by these terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and our services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error free.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TalkTech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the Last updated date at the top. The Last updated date always reflects the current version.
